GOAL: Create a variety of eye-catching advertisements to promote Media Matters various magazines, ezines, and services.

This Is How You Lose the Time War


GOAL: Create a trailer for “This is how you lose the time war”  by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone that explores the abstract nature of love.

MAGAZINE SPREAD

Black & White All Over


GOAL: Create a magazine spread for an article about Jean Paul Basquiat, only using type and colour, no shapes or images. 

Researched Basquiat’s works and about his life. Also looked at a bunch of magazine spreads to gain a further understanding of the layouts that are used and techniques.


AUDIENCE: The magazine is called Not Okay, its intended audience is young adults.

APP DEVELOPMENT

Boomer Go


GOAL: Develop an app for senior citizens that addresses a problem that they face. The problem that we addressed is loss of community and the loneliness epidemic.
